The products manager is responsible for the QC before delivery. Clients and products manager select 1%~3% (not less than 5 pcs) random sampling to check the finished products. If there is more than or equal to 3% unqualifid products, the sewing manager and QC team leader will take part in the re-producing and factroy make compansation to the clients based on the contract. If less than 3%, the factory makes up the selected unqualified products and delivery.
